Information we collect

When you book or contact us we may receive your name, phone number, email address, appointment preferences, and message content. Our booking partner Setmore and our hosting tools may also log basic technical data such as browser type and approximate region for security.

How we use information

We use your details to schedule and confirm appointments, answer clinical or booking questions, send visit reminders you request, and improve how this site works. We do not sell personal information.

Booking, WhatsApp, and Google

Online booking is handled through Setmore under its own privacy terms. Messages sent through WhatsApp or reviews left on Google are processed by those platforms under their policies. We use what you send us to care for your visit and respond.

Sharing

We share inquiry and booking details only with Smile Club team members who need them to serve you, and with tools required to run booking or messaging. We do not publish your private messages without permission.

Retention

We keep appointment and inquiry records as long as needed for care and ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law.
